  1. In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value (this is if you have street locations or a showroom).
  2. From your home. To do this, contact [email protected] or our CAT and we will contact the postal company to pick up the product. You can exchange the product for another of the same value, which will also be sent to your home.
